But if you wish to keep them for longer, here’s how to store and refresh each item for the best experience.
🕒 SAME-DAY & SHORT-TERM STORAGE
Cardamom Bun

Store: In an airtight container at room temperature.

Keeps: Up to 2 days.

Refresh: Microwave for 10–15 seconds to restore softness.
Tebirkes

Store: In an airtight container at room temperature.

Keeps: Up to 2 days. Texture will soften.

Refresh: Bake at 160–170°C for ~3 minutes to bring back crispness. (Let cool after coming out of the oven so the caramelized skirt can reharden)
Chocolate Cinnamon Croissant Knot

Store: In an airtight container at room temperature.

Ginger Molasses Cake

Refresh: Remove from the fridge 30–45 minutes before serving to allow the crumb to soften. Can warm slightly to best restore texture, but ganache may slump.
